If something goes wrong while you're using the Ready2Control Software, you should let us know by sending an Issue Report. This report will have computer log files from the current time you used Ready2Control and the time just before that. You can also add other files or pictures to show what was happening.
Here's how you can do it:
If there's a problem with Ready2Control, click on the gear at the top right corner of the green title bar in Ready2Control. This will open the General Settings window. If Ready2Control closed, open it again and then click on the gear.
In the General Settings window, find and click on "REPORT AN ISSUE" at the bottom right. This will bring up a window where you can report the issue.
Make sure to put in your email address if it's not already there. Describe what happened and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Give as much detail as you can so we understand the problem. You can also attach other files, like the .tap file you were using or pictures of what was happening.
Once you've filled out all the "Report an Issue" fields, click on "Submit" at the bottom. Then, our computer experts will look at the information to figure out what went wrong.
