In the v11 update of Vcarve (Desktop and Pro) and Aspire software, the Machine Database was introduced. This innovative feature empowers users to establish and save personalized settings and configurations for either a single machine or multiple machines.
Vectric - Machine Configuration Guide
To set up your Shark CNC machine in Vectric's Machine Database:

1. Open the Vcarve/Aspire software 2. Select Create New Project |

3. Select Machine 4. Search for Machine Online...
|

5. Select Next Wave from the Manufacturer drop-down list. 6. Select the series of your CNC machine. If you are unsure, select Shark.

7. Select the Model from the drop-down list. If you do not see your machine in this list select, HD510 to create the machine in the database. Adjustments can be made in the following steps. |

| 8. Select Download to create the machine. | |

9. Your Shark machine has now been created in Vectric's Machine Database and is associated with the Next Wave CNC inch and mm post processors. Select OK to continue. If the HD510 is not your Model of CNC machine, edit the Name, Model, Width, and Height settings to match your CNC machine. Then select OK. |
