When creating a file (project) in VCarve / Aspire, you are creating something called a CRV file. This is the reworkable file that is created while you are building or modifying that particular file.
It is always a good idea to save the CRV file - for example- to your desktop - for easy access.
To save a CRV file, follow the steps below.
1.) Open VCarve, create a file (project), and then apply a toolpath.
2.) Next, navigate to File (in the upper left-hand corner of the screen), then click File to produce a drop-down menu.
3.) Now, click on 'Save As'.
4.) After clicking 'Save As', a 'Save As' window should appear.
5.) Within that window, locate and click on 'Desktop' - this will direct the program to save your CRV file onto your desktop.
6.) Now, name your file.
8.) Finally, click the 'Save' button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen to save your CRV file to your desktop.
9.) Now your CRV file is saved in case you ever need to go back into that file and modify it or send it out in an email.
