Your Next Wave Portal account will have your CNC Machine registrations and Next Wave Software available for download. The Portal account is separated into three areas to help organize your CNC Machine registrations and software downloads.
Your Software: #1 highlighted in red
The "Your Software" section is where any software that has been registered to your account will appear and be available for download as well as the location for adding additional Next Wave Software. If you ever need to install your Ready2Control, Ready2Control - Basic, Ready2Raster, or Ready2Update - Firmware again or onto another computer, simply select Download under the name. This section will also tell you how many Seats have been used for the software that has a seat limit such as Ready2Control w/ Virtual Zero Unlimited. If your seats ever need to be reset, contact us at Support@NextWaveCNC.com.
To add new software to your account, select the Add+ button.
Your Hardware: #2 highlighted in blue
The "Your Hardware" section is where any CNC machines that have been registered to your account will appear. This section will also display the access code used to unlock the LCD Pendant as well as download a digital copy of the manual for that CNC machine. You can also view the Controller and Pendant serial numbers by clicking on the picture of the CNC machine.
To add new hardware to your account, select the Add+ button.
Free Software: #3 highlighted in green
The "Free Software" section has free Next Wave software that can be installed on several computers and does not have a seat limit. Once you select Download underneath the software title, the software will also then be added to the "Your Software" section to be downloaded again.
