Here at Next Wave CNC, we often receive inquiries about how to upgrade the Vcarve software from Desktop to Pro or Pro to Aspire as well as upgrade the version. This upgrade process is handled entirely by Vectric. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, please contact Vectric directly at Sales@vectric.com. Please follow the instructions below for a quick overview of the upgrade process.
Log in to your Vectric portal account at www.vectric.com
- Open your browser of choice (ex. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc)
- Navigate to www.vectric.com (or you may left click on the link to open a new tab)
- Click Login to V&Co (see image below)

Fill out your Vectric portal login information

Once Logged in please click "Upgrade Your Software"

Click on "Upgrade Now" next to the version you would like to upgrade to

You may be prompted to select a free model set

Click "Checkout Now"

Fill out your contact and payment information
- Fill out your email address
- Fill out your First and Last (surname) name
- Fill out your card details
- Fill out your billing Address (usually home address)
- Click on "Pay $000.00" ** Dollar amount may be different than displayed below

Once payment has been approved
You will receive an email from Vectric with an access link to your new software download
