The standard Piranha post-processors do not have the Gcode commands to start the router. Please use the CNC Shark USB Arcs inch.pp or Next Wave CNC inch.pp post processors when saving the toolpath file. For a complete list of post-processors, please click here.

I have not been able to save my toolpaths to a USB thumb drive.
In your Creating your first CNC Project it said "Save Toolpath(s)
My said "Save Toolpath to file"
