Submitting a Rebate:
As of March 1st, 2022, we at Next Wave CNC have made it possible to submit your rebate electronically.
This change has eliminated the need to print off or get your rebate form from a store. As well as the need to mail in your receipt and rebate form and then hope it reaches us.
The steps outlined below go over how to submit your rebate, acceptable photo types for your receipt, upgrading the promotion when available, and the approval process.
Before submitting a rebate, you must have received and registered your machine in the Next Wave portal.
1. Register your CNC machine at https://portal.nextwavecnc.com/Portal/CreateUser

2. Confirm your Account sent to your email address.
3. The rebate link can be found on the website's main page of by clicking HERE.
- Once on the website's main page ( www.Nextwavecnc.com ) the link for the rebate can be found in the middle of the main page in a blue bar or you can click on the picture below.
- You can also find the link by hovering the mouse over Support and selecting Rebate Registration from the drop-down list or by clicking on the picture below.
4. Use your Next Wave Portal login credentials to sign in.
5. Fill in your purchase information:

- Item Purchased
- Purchased From
- Purchase Date
6. Select Submit.
7. Based on the information entered in Step 5, the qualifying promotion will display.

- Fill in Your Contract Information.
- If there is an upgrade to the promotion available an option will appear.

8. Upload a Photo of your Sales Receipt (acceptable file types: JPEG / PDF / TIFF / PNG).
9. Check the Terms agreement box.
10. Select Submit.
Choosing the Base Promotion:
1. The submitted information will be sent to our Sales Team for approval.

- Once approved, your promotional item will ship to you as soon as possible, and tracking information will be sent to your email.
- If the submission is denied, our Sales team will reach out to you with the reason.
Upgrading the Promotion:
1. Some promotional items have an option to purchase an upgrade. If this is selected, you will be provided a link to pay for this upgrade through our online store.

- If the submission is denied, our Sales team will reach out to you with the reason.
